Living through the build

Any works on your home can prove stressful, we understand that it is your home and it is invasive to have any stranger there period, let alone for long periods of time for works such as a extension or loft conversion, after all it is a big commitment for you not only financially but also comes a lot of other aspects such as picking your furnishings and fittings deciding where to put all the sockets what colours to paint ect ect ect. We get it and that's why we do our best to make the experience as comfortable as possible for you. One particular stage of the job that we know becomes stressful is the break through stage. Gone has the excitement of seeing 1st shovel hit the ground and watching the bricklayer fly through the shell. Now its real people are working both sides your new extension/loft conversion there's dust and noise and it feels like we have been there for ever lol in reality its probably been 4-6 weeks at this stage. That's why we always recommend that if you can its best to get away for a few nights at this point weather that's stay with family or a little break obviously we understand that not every one can get a way due to commitments ect in these cases we would just like to let you know that we are aware of this uncomfortable stage and are doing our best to make it as pains free as possible for you.
